I love to eat. Eat healthy food is my desire but I
also love to try new adventure about culinary while I am holiday. Trying
different food sometimes is nice to do. Even I never try it before. I just know
some from the movie. Its o.k to try something different food with different
taste and style. At least that food worth it to try to eat.
When I am doing holiday in Bali. A friend suggest to
try Indian food. Which this restaurant already exist long time ago in
Indonesia, especially Bali. The restaurant call Queen’s Restaurant. This exist
in Kuta and Jimbaran (perhaps, I do not remember). Because I am trying to taste
in Kuta. The reason this restaurant so close from the hotel I stay during my
holiday in Bali.
A lot of menu in this restaurant and I just try some
of food. So this article I make base on my experience when I am trying to eat
on this Queen’s Restaurant in Bali. As the name of this restaurant is Queen, so
that name is perfect if I compare with the food and also many customer want to
eat on this place. I do come to this restaurant, the first time I was not lucky
because full of booked and still queue till more than an hour. I can not wait
it any longer, because that was my first day in Bali and I just arrived in Bali
in the night. So, I passed this restaurant and try in the third day during my
holiday. I will take you fly in the moment I am trying this food. I am trying 6
order menu in this restaurant. Do you want to know what I feel when I am eating
this food?

Chicken
Tandoori
As the name of course this menu including the chicken.
Because of the name is chicken tandoori. The chicken steeped in a marindade of
aromatic spices, grilled on glowing embers imparting smoky flavor. A specialty
of Amristar. The texture of this chicken is soft and I love it. Even that is in
grill but the chicken cooked very well.
The smell is also so yummy. This Chicken Tandoori serves with vegetables
include fresh lemon. I love eat this food with the fresh lemon I put on the
meat of chicken. Make the taste more delicious. That is this food I give 4
stars. Because the taste of the chicken so perfect, the meat has cooked very
well and the serve in the plate look so fresh between the vegetables. The price
around 110.800 IDR.
Tandoori
Garlic/Butter roti
Its simply like prata in my mind. Tandoori roti is
mean whole wheat bread grilled in tandoor. The shape is normally round but in
the Queen's restaurant in Bali the shape is like triangle or pizza slide and
contain around 3 slides. The texture soft and a little oil because we order
tandoori roti with butter and garlic. So mostly butter make the tandoori roti
look like oil but taste you do not feel oil in your mount. I give this menu 3
stars. The price around 30.800 IDR.

Gulba
Jaman
This is dessert with the sweet taste food. I love this
actually. This Gulba Jaman menu in the Queen’s Restaurant in Bali the shape is
around with the brown color. This food actually from a north indian. The sweet
made from powdered milk and served in cardamom flavored syrup. No worry, this
texture so soft and the sweetness is not to sweet. Like I had eat before in
other restaurant. I will write about it later. So for this menu I give 2.5
stars for the dessert in The Queen restaurant in Bali. The price around 36.800
IDR.
Bhatura
Bhatura is mean fried bread. This bread has a lot of
name such as Bhatoora, Bhatura, Batura or Batoora, Pathora depend on the city
of India. Bhatura is a fluffy deep-fried leavened bread from the India. Mostly
bhatura serves with chicken curry. Simply shape of bhatura is a round fluffy
fried bread. The taste this bhatura bread is yummy. I also love the way this
Queen’s Restaurant cooked of curry its so yummy and perfect to eat with
bhatura. Even this bhatura made by fried but I do not feel the oil to much in
my hands and my mouth. So for this menu I give 3.5 stars. 28.800 IDR
Roti
Chane
Roti Chane or Chane bread is simply layered Indian
bread with curry. I guess a lot of people already familiar with this food. Honestly
I like the way the chef cook this channe bread. Its not to much oil and texture
also good. The curry also love it. The soup curry of Queen’s restaurant for
this bread is not too thick. The taste curry also so yummy. So for this menu I
give it 4 star. The price around 42.000 IDR.
Matka Biryani
The first time I try Biryani rice when I was holiday
in Malaysia. The texture of rice of India little different. Matka Biryani in
Queen’s restaurant Basmati rice cooked with masala and filling with your
choice. When I am eating in this restaurant, I prepare of vegetables to fill
Matka biryani. The taste so yummy and mostly I like it so much so for this menu
I give it 3.5 stars.
That is not only the menu in the Queen’s restaurant in
Bali, especially in Kuta. The place is so comfortable to eat. This place also
has a bar to waiting free (available) table. Many menus of food you can try
from the cheaper till expensive. No worry, most customers eat on this
restaurant, they feel so good. Me too, I
